1st advice: work with what you like. Chicken, carrots and salad can technically make a meal.

2nd advice: one you start eating other things your taste can evolve. There isnt much we can tell you to eat if you only like those things.

Don't know what you want us to tell you really...not to sound patronizing.

Not patronising at all I just wanted "Ideas on meals" I just don't wanna be eating the same thing all the time and getting bored so wondered if there was any more fussy eaters that could share what they have but thank you

Well, if you only list a few things you like, and say you hate everything else, they can't exactly give many ideas on meals.. I'd say experiment. Many of the things you 'hate' could be all in your mind.

What other things do you like? Potatoes? Onions? Rice? You gotta list more things for recipes.

Do you like pizza? Chicken nuggets? Pasta? You can really fit almost everything into your day. What do you usually eat?

Try new fruits and veggies. There will be more that like. Or, just eat chicken and carrots until you are sick.

One of my son's does not like veggies either but he will eat some in a smoothie that has bananas and a protein powder - usually chocolate to cover the green colour. That might be something to try.

And almost everything is tastey (meats included) if covered in cheese. ;)

Chicken sandwiches, chicken tacos, chicken pizza, chicken pot pie, chicken nuggets, chicken soup, barbecue chicken.
    Potatoes, rice, pasta, pizza.
    Carrots.

Try adding fats to the foods you don't like. A bit of salad dressing or butter is more than enough to get your body eating vegetables. Try cream on fruit. Once you have got your brain thinking that the 'high fat' food is pleasant and satisfying you can start to cut out the fat. Soups with herbs and spices is another way of improving the flavour of vegetables.

I eat chicken almost every day. But I make it all kinds of different ways or with different sauces and marinades to make it different meals.

I'm really not all that crazy about vegetables, but I eat lots of them because I know they're good for me. Those same sauces and marinades that make the chicken more interesting work well for veggies, too. For that matter, I don't really enjoy flossing my teeth, but I do it anyway. It beats a root canal. ;)

These last 2 sentences really hit the nail on the head. You don't have to love it. If you start eating new foods you might find some you like or at least tolerate. I have two kids and I find I can get them to eat most anything if I give them something to dip it in. Try quesadillas with veggies inside, stuff your chicken with some spinach, switch your white bread for whole grains. Take whatever you eat when you aren't dieting and substitute one healthy choice at each meal!

Getting rid of the soda would be an excellent start actually!
