    It depends on the deficit and macros you're setting as your goals. I'm currently at 1600 kCal and 100g protein daily and 133g Fat at a 20% deficit. I usually eat two 'heavier' (by calorie count) meals and one to two smaller snacks a day because that works better for me. However, I have like 3-4 eggs and bacon for breakfast (I always have a larger breakfast to start my day because it helps me be fuller for longer) and keto meatloaf with a salad and ranch for dinner and a quest bar and pepperoni as snacks. I don't usually get hungry, especially with all the water I drink daily.
