Today is the Day!

I have been here for awhile, but today I commit myself 110% to proper diet and exercise. I hate the way I look and hate the way I feel even more. I will not give up. I will do this!

My goal is to lose 5 lb by September 1st. Today I'm going to invest in some multivitamins, I will try and get lots of sleep, and I will be exercising at least 5 days a week. Enough is enough and the only way to change this is to change my bad habits.

    Good luck! Your goal is easy, you can lose these 5 lbs in 2 weeks if you're following a low calorie diet.

    Good Luck! Today is also the day for me. I have a lot to lose and I do well and then just stop doing well. My goal for the next 4 weeks is just to stay under my calorie goals and to exercise 3x per week. We have a huge vacation planned for next May and I really want to be in much better shape. I'm doing this!

    Thanks! Long term goal is more like 15 lb, I'll start with the 5 lb.
