I did 7 miles today (ran 3.5 and walked 3.5) ... for a calorie burn on 1200 before noon! Love it!
Im confused - according to the spreadsheet 1200 calories = 10 miles... which should I report?0 -

Just log your calories burned for the day the spreadsheet will convert it to mileage.
This way even if you swim or zumba it all counts toward our goal
