Is this weight loss bad - is it just water or muscle loss? If so, not good.
Any info is appreciated.

I know this might be TMI but I've learned that if your urine output is on the darker side of the yellow spectrum that you are not hydrated enough which means your body is retaining water, therefore the weight you're losing is water weight. However, if your urine output is on the lighter yellow-clear side, then the weight you are losing would be fat.0

When I first started my lifestyle change I started with water, making sure that I was properly hydrated. Once I knew I was hydrated I started doing a simple detox (nothing crazy because then I wouldn't do it.) Then I ate healthier and saw that I started losing fat. It's not noticeable on me yet but I feel better and I know I'm stepping in the right direction.0
