Hello all
I am new to this community board so please allow me to introduce myself. I am Sue and I am working on a healthier lifestyle.
When I started using the myfitnesspal app last June I weighed in at 330 lbs. I am now down to 275lbs, but I seem to be at a standstill. I had walk five days a week weather permitting, and I just want to say I hope with a bit of motivation I will keep on striving and losing the weight I need to lose. My doctor as recommended I should be at a healthy weight at 180lbs. That seems like a long ways to go but I am determined to get to that goal.
