You can strengthen the muscles in your arms. I do tricep extension, bicep curls, and shoulder shrugs.
I've seen a lot of people reply with their ideas and many of the weight lifting ideas are really great.
But you can lift weights all day and won't see any difference unless you lose the pounds.
Cardio. Cardio. Cardio.
For beginners, I recommend Couch to 5k. A pretty easy plan and gives you weekly instructions.0 -
Press ups, some biceps curls with 6.6lb weights, tricep curls with a resistance band.0
