Hello My name is Kay. I was diagnosed when I was 18 tried birth control and Metformin. Took myself off Metformin bc I was hearing bad things about it . I have struggled with my weight since I hit puberty. I also was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease two months ago and have started a gluten free diet. Apparently there is a study going on with PCOS and going Gluten Free .... We shall see

Hey Kay! My name is Monica but I usually go by Monae. About 6 years ago I was also diagnosed with PCOS. And it's been really hard trying to maintain a stable weight. About a month ago I hD lost 10lbs but then due to some personal issues I regained them back. Now I'm struggling to get back on track.0
