    Lol the South Park quote has already won me over, I'm from UK, use fitbit and aiming to lose another 15Kgs, I've already lost 12Kgs, add me if you want free abuse :P

    I need to lose around the same amount. I'm 40 from USA. It's great that you are doing it now instead of waiting till post 30 and 40. It gets a lot harder then

    Thank you to everyone for your adds and kind replies, really trying to be consistent this time and surprisingly imagined judgement from others helps :smiley: in all seriousness though, it's great to see so many people pushing themselves. As I've seen quoted time and again, we're outlapping everyone who is just sitting on the sofa.
