    Most people on here found success for free using the community resources and MFP macro tracker.

    Sounds like you would be spending $99 for a just a little motivation since the fundamentals of getting a better body haven't changed.

    I am starting today. Yes, I could do it by myself and save the $99 but I need the structure, motivation, and accountability.

    It's basically cutting out sugar, even sugar from grains, dairy and fruits. The only exception to that is you can have fruit and milk 30 minutes after your workout (which is 2 days a week, 20 mins each minimum). Also, you get one day a week when there are no restrictions. Friend me if you like.

    After watching the little videos on the site, I would run away as quick as possible. Anytime something sounds too good to be true (50 lb in 10 weeks and eating everything you want) it is.
