    +1 on being ok. Just fit everything into your day's calorie allotment. If you blow through 100% of your calories in one meal, you might get hungry during the night time.

    If it is easier for you to eat all of your calories in one sitting, then by all means, that is ok too.

    I figured that was probably the mac for breakfast. I really tried to be healthy. Oatmeal, with crushed pineapple, chia seeds, and sliced almonds

    If I have my cardio in the morning, my breakfast is usually over 800 calories. I prefer smaller diners, but that's just personal preference. As long as you are within your goal for the day, it doesnt really matter how big your individual meals.
