Anyone lost 5 lbs the 1st week without exercise?.... I did..excited

More than likely you are seeing a combination of fat, muscle and water loss. To loose five pounds of fat within one week would require 17,500 caloric deficit which is 2,500 per day caloric deficit assuming 7 days.0

The first week can be amazing. A lot of times the biggest thing is you're just getting rid of all that bloat and it feels great.0

Thanks for this info. I see you've reached the goal I am trying to get to...... At least 30 ,lbs is my 1st goal.... How long did it take you?0 -
