You are required by law to vote one of them into the HOF...who gets in?

Pete Rose. While what he did was definitely wrong, he didn't have to cheat to become the all-time hit leader.0

Bonds.
And to those who believe illegal substances should be a prerequisite to being in the HOF, ALL players in the era before steroids were banned, were using all sorts of illegal substances. Amphetamines most notably. So if you're going to smug Bonds for it, might as well do Hank Aaron as well since he was on amphetamines too.
And out of all people, who though Rickey Henderson was "natural"?

I'm of the opinion that Bonds and Clemens were SO good that as the best of the "era" they should still be in. Someone had to "rise above the cheaters" and they did it better than anyone else.

I was watching First Take the other day and Skip Bayless and Screamin' A. Smith BOTH agreed (and if you're a fan of the show, you know these two hardly ever agree on anything) that a reputed and highly-regarded sportswriter once wrote in his book that at age 35, Barry was at Ken Griffey's birthday party and said this to Ken and a bunch of other pro-ballers around the table:
"Man, I'm sick of seeing these guys (Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa) get all of these records and money and attention, so I'm gonna have to f****ing do what they do."
Bonds' numbers the following years after 35? UNREAL.
Bonds didn't start using PEDs until after 35, if all of that is true, but McGwire had been using it since back when he played with Canseco in Oakland.0 -
Pete Rose will NEVER get in.0
