I love kettlebells but don't know any decent routines. How do you go about putting a routine together?

Playing Cupid Shuffle on repeat on the CD player and line dancing to it until I'm out of breath. Haven't done that in a while, hmmm.

    Favorite kettlebell exercise!

Tabata with sit-ups and planks during the rest, push-ups (diamond push-ups are my favorite; keep your elbows up against your body too) with actual rest.

Holding a single squat with good form for as long as possible, doing as many squats with good form as possible before quitting. Holding a plank for as long as possible.

Honestly, copying everything my two little boys do outside is prob the best at-home (or at-park) workout. Lots of long jumps and climbing and hopping and running in circles.
