While sitting at my desk....

Is there anything I can do to burn calories while I'm at my desk working on the computer? I sit on a balance ball chair.

    We use raise up desktops by Varidesk so we can stand for as long as we want.

    Set up a sit stand work station if you can.
    I do simply because I cannot sit or stand all day due to degenerative osteoarthritis in my feet and lower spine.
    My desk is about 42" tall. I use a drafting stool instead of a chair. Makes switching between sit/stand pretty easy.

    I have a small hand weight I play with - bicep curls, triceps extension, and lateral raise mostly. I don't log it as activity, but maybe it helps a little.

    I can't do anything at my desk but I do incline push ups every time I go to the bathroom. I do a set of 25 before hitting the stall and another 25 after. With at least 6 trips to the bathroom it really adds up. :-)
