I get lower back pain when I run any advices ?

My PT has me on the treadmil at max incline (15) going as fast as I can.
This reduces the jarring on the lowback - and it slows you down (alot).
I'm guessing you are doing core to help the back pain - this will allow you to get your cardio on as your abs get stronger and take the strain from your low back...

I always do pilates floor work before any work out. I had a low back injury and since running and the crazy workouts i do can compress the discs i always make sure i build support before i put strain on them. Try some core work for ten min. Stretch then run and see how you feel. Good luck0
