Just curious, flavoured sparkling water. Do I log it as water or as something else? It's very low in calories

How many calories? Calories are calories no matter the source.

FWIW, I have never seen any need to log water. The object is simply to stay hydrated.

Depends on how accurate you want to be with your food diary. If you're asking if those calories "count", then yes? Calories are still calories.

There should be an entry in the database for flavoured sparkling water. Try searching that. Even if you don't find an exact match, you should find something fairly close.

Unless it's got a lot of calories I'd just log it as water. I haven't consistently logged my water for months as it's become habit to always have a bottle of water within reach.

    3 calories per 250ml glass
