I struggle to put on weight so much no matter what I eat, hopefully aim to put on a pound a week though!

My advice would be to make sure you log everything accurately. I always thought I couldn't gain weight until I saw on my food diary how much I was under-eating. Then increase gradually, so as not to shock your system. You will do it0

peanut butter. Lean meat. Berries. Try muscle building . less cardio .0
