what are some low calorie dinner recipes that I could make on a college budget?

Baked chicken or fish with any green vetgetable or really any vegetables that not in a can or frozen bag fresh produce made by you0

I like the convenience of frozen and canned. Especially if your on a budget! Baked chicken and fish are absolutely good. Salad, pasta, maybe some chicken and rice with on hand veggies. I liked shish k bobs when my kids were little.0

Soups - infinite variations, low calorie, super easy to make and reheat/freeze0

Pasta (or zoodles) with a canned tuna tomato sauce
Curry or tagine using chickpeas as a protein source
Curry with boiled egg for protein
Chili (lean ground beef, 2 types canned beans, canned tomatoes, some onion, bell pepper and spices)
Tuna salad (lettuce, canned tuna, apple, tbsp yoghurt, red onion, bell pepper, possibly an egg)0
