these types of stories are huge motivators, seriously. I'll provide a template
1. How much have you lost, what made you start?
2. How has the reaction been from the opposite sex
3. Buying clothes in stores/fitting in booths, etc.
4. Anything else you wanna add that ppl might not know

I have not really lost any but maybe a great place to ask this would be in success stories? Might get you more replies.
1. What made me start was learning that heart disease was the number one killer. Also type 2 diabetes sounds like it sucks because I love carbs and id rather limit them than have to cut them out.
2. I am in a relationship so dont care much about that lol
3. I think that it will be amazing to get into a size 12 Its my first goal but it will be a blissful day.
4. In the future I hope Ill be able to give good advice.0 -
1. lost near enough 35kg (77lbs), decided to do so after I realised I was obese.
2. Honestly, I get more attention from the same sex, who don't seem to care as much that I'm married as women do.
3. It was great getting smaller clothes at first, now it bugs me that I'm a small/extra small. looking to gain at the moment.
4. I basically starved myself for a year or two. Then flipped it all, ate more, started doing weights. I feel so much better for it.0 -
1. Lost about 50 lbs
2. Mrs Jruzer is happier that I am healthy. I think she likes what she sees.
3. I hardly ever buy my own clothes but my clothes fit better and I love that.
4. It's going to be a lifelong battle- fat Jruzer is still there, lurking. I am much fitter and I enjoy doing fitness things.0 -

I listed over 80lbs so far...I have finished the insanity program on my 34 th birthday and it was the best gift I ha e given myself...my journey has been a long one it I've learned alot about myself and realized how much I live working out and eating healthy I have decided I want to pay it forward to people who are on their own journey or thinking about going one their own. I was 260lbs pounds miserable depressed and all I wanted to do was nothing...and I did..then had some trips to the hospital that woke me for good..I bought insanity 2 yrs prior and told myself I will finish this one day. After alot of ups and downs I finally finished it..I'm down to 179 lbs and still losing..my husband loves it.my kids love their new healthy mom...I refuse to buy clothes until I reach my goal..so I live in workout clothes or scrubs for work...I want to pay what I learned forward to others and now I hold monthly private online health and fitness groups. I want to help others become a healthier version of themselves. If anyone is interested message me!! I would post pics but have no idea how too!!
