So after long hard week at work you want to relax and wind but still worried about that calorie count. But there's hope!!

Beer, wine, champagne and spirits might not have the calorie count of a coconut cream laden Piña Colada, but these drinks still contain carbohydrates in addition to alcohol. We have a winner! Vodka and soda water comes out as the lowest calorie option. Add fresh lime or lemon juice for a low-calorie flavour hit.

Vodka and soda water with a slice of lime it is!!

Drink responsibly!! Happy Friday!!

How many calories has it got?

I've made room for a pale ale and a glass of bubbly. Cheers!

Vodka averages 96 calories per 1.5 ounces. Soda water, of course, has no calories. However, there is no nutritional value in this drink whatsoever.

Not to mention that drinking alcohol usually makes one want to eat less responsibly . . .

I'd rather take the extra 6 or 7 calories and go with tequila and lime.

so relaxing and unwinding for me doesnt include alcohol. Going out to dinner with friends and eating anything i want on the menu is relaxing. Of course im still going to be responsible. Have already gone over the menu a few times and know what im getting. Gonna keep calories low today so i can enjoy tonight. Will be the DD as well so they can enjoy their drinks.

I prefer vodka and sprite zero, or rum and diet coke. But y'know. ;)
