Keep exercising with muscle soreness?

I squatted with heavy weights a lot yesterday, and also did bench presses. My butt, legs, arms and shoulders are extremely sore. Should I exercise today as well, or do I need rest?
Tomorrow I have a bodypump class as well, can I still go?
Is there any way to relieve muscle soreness? And I mean ... I've heard it goes away if you keep exercising?

You should give your muscles 24 hours to recover regardless of the level of muscle soreness you get. By all means go and work out again today but I would resist the urge to lift with the same muscle groups. If you did squat and bench yesterday, maybe work on back/shoulders today.
DOMS do improve if you can get blood flowing trough the muscles again so light cardio and anything that raises your heart rate will help to clear out the lactic acid etc. Do what you feel comfortable with, you aren't likely to 'damage' yourself but it wont necessarily be pleasant.

I second the 24 hours rest or some light cardio.
If you do this you might be able to get a bodypump class in tomorrow.
If you decide to train other muscle groups instead, you should not be doing pump tomorrow.0 -
