I have been on this site for almost ayear now and am not seeing results, can't stay motivated and am frustrated!!!!! Thought maybe if I joined a group and became a team player maybe being accountable to other people would help be stay motivated. I don't know what to join or maybe I can't join now anyway--can someone explain how these things work and whats out there? I need help!!!! Thanks!

    The colors are for the Biggest Loser. We go along with the show and weigh in on Wed. I think.
