How to transition

Hey there - I've lost about 40 lbs and am about 6 lbs away from goal. Any tips for transitioning to maintenance mode? I'm still losing at a decent clip at 1500 calories a day. Thanks for any help.

1600 calories for a time, then 1700 calories for a time, then 1800 calories for a time OR
Do you have an activity tracker?....these can help narrow down what your maintenance number is.

If you're losing 1lb per week on 1500 cals, then maintenance would be 2000... Up your cals 100 at a time till you stop losing.0
