Never thought about putting instant coffee granules in my shakes great tip. Does instant coffee come in decaf?0

I do 1/2 cup already brewed and chilled caramel drizzle coffee, 1/4 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup 1% milk, 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 packet stevia and 2 scoops vanilla soy protein powder and 1 cup ice then BLEND! ...sooo yummy and only about 135 calories0

Hhmmmmm...Interesting!! I hate when I don't think of things, lol ~ this is what i do:
8oz cold coffee
4oz almond milk (low sugar)
scoop protein powder
1/2 banana
(plus maybe some pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg)
Soooo ~ your way would be easier and not as sweet as mine!! I will just up the almond milk and buy unsweetened ~ WIN WIN Thank you!0 -

Its cones out sweet enough with the vanilla protein powder i use
I used the sweetned version of the milk before (taste more amazing) but im cutting down on sugar!0 -
BONUS: Add a tablespoon of chia seeds!
Full of healthy fats, antioxidants and fiber!
And still taste great!0 -
Is there any way to make this chocolate? Just use chocolate milk/soy milk/almond milk vs the vanilla?

Thankyou for recipe, im new to finding healthy snacks and shakes etc,well pretty much anything healthy is new territory! this sounds great and ive just bought a nutriblend machine so will definately give this a go,just need to buy protien powder now0

Looks really good, I'll give it a try. I have some instant coffee I bought for baking that I rarely use. This seems like the perfect way to use it.0
