Anyone else pregnant and using myfitnesspal??

Hey there. Just wondering if anyone else out there is using the app and tracking calories, activities, ect. If so, how many calories are you taking in? Just wanted to discuss or swap recipes, ideas, tips and tricks!

YES! I use myfitnesspal to keep a diary of what I eat and to make sure I am gaining the appropriate amount of weight and getting all my nutrients. I am only 9 weeks pregnant and have put on 7 pounds, however I was only 106 pounds at 5'4" when I first learned I was pregnant. I increased my caloric intake by about 200 calories per day even though they say you don't have to because I got extremely hungry! I am now 113 pounds at 9 weeks! I work out 40 minutes a day and do at least one set of weights per day. A huge decrease from before. I used to do about 80 minutes of high intensity workouts (crossfit) plus weights 3x per week. I am guessing I'll put on about 40 pounds total but that's fine with me. A healthy baby is all I want.0
