Feeling on my own

Realty check today! I'm at my heaviest weight and I can't stand what I see or feel. I'm not good at sharing my pain with people I know because I feel like I'm being judged. I'm looking for some supporters who are working on the same goals.

If you are at a healthy weight and don't like your looks speak to a doctor, or professional. They are their to help you, and shouldn't be judging you.0

I am right with you Andy, most of the people around me are pretty fit and I don't necessarily feel that they are judging but I definitely feel like they just don't understand. I topped out at 304 and that was the breaking point. Since June, I have lost 17 pounds but I feel like I am doing it all on my own.

I feel you lpwrs! I posted a similar note on my page today. After a completely crazy 6 months of injuries, illnesses, and senior projects (being back in school at 40 is tough), I discovered that I've gained back ever single pound I had managed to shed last year. I'm tired, stressed out, depressed, and READY for a change. Please feel free to friend me. It starts today. Best of luck and know you are NOT alone.0
