    From todays 758cal burn at the gym doing ellip/tread/weights by the time I took the pic, I wasn't so red and sweaty looking, but my shirt really was near my torso and back.. naturally you can't see it in the pic..

    If you use photobucket or similar, copy the 'IMG' code and change the letters 'IMG' to lower case in the front and back of the code :)

    I had a sweaty but sexy pic.. but ever body said I looked constipated. Which considering the ridiculous amounts of peanut butter I eat, it was quite possible.

    You can't tell but I was sweating my butt off in this pic! I had just push mowed my yard! Btw that's one acre and it's 95 out! :)
