Is the perfect body the reflection in the mirror or the weight on the scales!?

    It doesn't exist, because its subjective.

    I've been a trainer for over 7 years. It does exist. Some people are over conscious about the scales even tho they look good

    For me, I am aiming to look a certain way when I reach my goal, however, because I see myself everyday its hard to see gradual changes in the mirror, so I like a scale for day to day reinforcement that I am getting there.

    Best thing though is measurements and photos every few months. Next one is the 1st....I can't wait to compare pics!

    A trainer that thinks there is such a thing as the "perfect body" is a trainer to avoid.

    I've always thought that scales with a built-in mirror would be perfect.

    That way one could take a selfie with a wall full of urinals in the background with their weight embedded in the image.

    Perfect Body ? What's a perfect body ?
    I've had men that looked fatter than me outrun me in Saturday morning races. I have ladies who are heavier than me pass me on bicycles almost every day. Sure I pass some but it's never the looks that make the difference.
    All perfect... with all their imperfections.
    Both the scales and the mirror tell the truth.
    Maybe we are just asking them the wrong questions. (;

    Mirror definitely!!! Weight is just a number, I want to love the way my body looks and feels.
