    2 sets of 100 air squats done! Booyah! And I don't even have jelly legs - I guess all the miles of power walking I've been doing have really paid off!

    I've always had strong legs and core muscles ... just don't ask me to do 2 sets of 100 press-ups (guess that's for another challenge).

    geesh half the day and I only have 30...was doing some at my desk when my co-worker came around the corner!

  • Whew! done. That felt great. My legs don't think so...lol. Thanks to Jillian, my legs aren't jello like that would've been a few months ago! I like the idea of a mini challenge, think I will have to incorporate 200 squats into my daily activities!

    200 squats done! I use a stability ball--I think I have better form with my back that way.
