    I make sure to work out everyday for at least 30 minutes. But I aim for higher of course.
    Or I will do a exercise video like The 30 Day Shred. That is a hardcore 25 minutes. lol :)

    I work out every day at least once for about 20 minutes on an elliptical trainer. On my days off from work I usually go twice (20-30 minutes each time). I do the elliptical trainer every time I go then mix it up with running for a few mins after or weights. In 20 mins on the trainer, I typically burn between 275-350 calories depending on the resistance that I put it on.

    I try to burn 500 calories a workout for at least 1 hour 5x a week

    on days thats I don't workout I aim for at least 30 mins of walking.
    On workout days I work out for 1-1.5 hours and aim to burn at least 400 cals.
