I'm in. I'm part camel, apparently. There are days when I don't drink water at all. I drink about 72 oz of fluid in my protein shakes every day, but it's not water.
Today I've only had about 8 oz. I'm going to set 32 oz as a goal through Saturday, then 40 oz for next week, then 48 oz for the week afterward.0 -

64 Oz done. Still only 2pm, so will probably go over today, but that will make up for the couple of glasses of wine tonight.0

am slow today... only 1X500ml bottle so far, but i am onto the second one and i usually pick up in the evening0

i got a handy litre water bottle on my way to my exam today, which is about 2 glasses in one! ive downed one of it now, gonna get some more.0

im down 5 glasses today already, weeee! it equates about.. 2.8 litres, which is 94 oz i think? im gonna aim for another 3 around dinner0

today i drank 2 and a half ltrs of water... most i have ever managed0

Did well over the long weekend with my water and managed 64oz each day apart from yesterday. Which is probably the day i should definitely have done it as I was at the beach. I do feel better after drinking this much water for so many days in a row.0

I have still been doing bad with water--so far only 16 oz ( I don't count tea and coffee)0

i had my 8 yesterday and am almost finished 8 today... was up twice during the night after drinking 10 so figure i will stick with the 8 in future lol0
