correct macros for my goals

Hi guys.
I'm new here and quite lost about macros etc. I do lot of bodybuilding 4-5 times a week and eat quite much, but I'm quite strict about my diet.
I have never counted macros before. I want to reduce my fat while keep most of my muscle and size. I'm 183cm and 94kg at the moment. Do you have any advice how I should set up my macros to achieve my goals?
