    I weigh 150lbs but I started at 235. I just thought I'd chime in because I remember how hopeless I felt when I was in my 200s and was struggling getting the weight off. It can be done!! Good luck! :-)

    27, 5'10; 40 pounds down to 244 (at least til I weigh this afternoon at the gym... it was a ... rough ... weekend) :)

    I weighed 285 pounds wheni was was 17 and in 3 months I dropped down to 198. then gained weight because of football and went up to 225 and im backdown around 200. Always need motivation and food tips. Im 20 right now

    Hey! I can definitely use some good old fashion motivation and kick in the butt every once in a while! My MFP starting weight was 218, I know I've lost a few more than the one my ticker says cause I jumped on my roommate's scale today but waiting until Friday to record any loss... Ultimate goal right now is to be around 150-140. First I just want to look my best for my brother's wedding in August :)
