    I've always had strong legs and core muscles ... just don't ask me to do 2 sets of 100 press-ups (guess that's for another challenge).

    Whew! done. That felt great. My legs don't think so...lol. Thanks to Jillian, my legs aren't jello like that would've been a few months ago! I like the idea of a mini challenge, think I will have to incorporate 200 squats into my daily activities!
