Setting Goals

Curious to know some short term goals you have set to help you achieve the big picture?!? I want to lose 150lbs but feel like I need to set short goals to make it to the end...for example...first lose 10lbs then 20lbs...50lbs...etc. What goals have you set that has really helped you accomplish your weight loss and keep it off? TIA
