Ready to shed these pounds!!

Hey everyone! My name is Christina, I am 24 and recently married. I used myfitnesspal in the past and lost 25 pounds before my wedding in October. The support I had was amazing and looking for that again. I am currently 225lbs and looking to be 150-140lbs. Ultimately I am doing this for myself and health but I also want to do this for my marriage. Any support, tips, or help is greatly appreciated.

Some things I plan to do/change:
No more sodas/sweets (Only water)
1300 calories a day
Exercise 3 days a week
Weekly weigh-in/Progression pictures

    I haven't had any sodas just because they won't fit into my calorie goal. You don't realize the empty calories until you're counting them! It's an excellent goal to have!
