tracking exercise

Is there a way to turn off calorie adjustment for exercise? I like to track my exercise but don't want to see the extra calories I get for working out. Or do I just need to manually back out the numbers. I hope this makes sense. Thanks.

You have a few options:
1) Don't log your exercise on MFP. Instead, use a notebook or another app like Jefit or FitNotes.
2) Log your exercise but overwrite the calories by clicking on the calorie box and entering a 1. MFP will not let you put a lower number so 1 is as good as it gets.
3) Pay for the full membership to MFP and get the option to turn off the exercise calorie adjustment.0 -
