I have worn a Pedometer all day today and it says that I have walked 6957 steps, 4.93 km, and burned 231 calories. Should I log this as exercise, I didn't get out of breath?

Help........ I don't want to eat more than I should?

I personally would log it and not eat all of them back - maybe half?? :-)

did you walk any more than normal? if so, then yes. If no then it's taken into account in your count set by MFP so no, don't log it.
  • I don't log my pedometer, unless I am using it to track a specific hike. I use mine as a tool/motivator to keep my butt of the couch...so basically it just tracks my lifestyle of the day. A healthy lifestyle is 10,000 steps a day. If I ever make it over that, then I guess I'll log them
