Boston cream pie...
Test for my wedding cake...
Oh yeah, that's the inside...vanilla and dark chocolate with raspberry and vanilla bean fillings...
The wedding cake itself...
Pizza cake. Because, why the hell not.

Cooking and general food preparing I have found somewhere. At least I have it in my history for exercise. When you are really pulling for those last couple calories!

Ha! I wish I'd known that the year I was testing my wedding cake. It would have been fun to log the weekend-long marathons!
More cakes...
Bottom layer of wedding cake, banana for scale (that sucker was 12" across and 4" high, or 376.99 inches of cake...that's a LOT of cake)
Three layer mousse cake...white chocolate raspberry, milk chocolate, flourless chocolate cake on bottom0 -
Wow. Some of you are so talented!!! Last time I made a cake.... Well let's just say it tasted much better than it looked lol.
It's tough to find good gluten free recipes for cakes that do not include gluten free oats. The best so far has been: flourless chocolate cake. Just 4 bites had be satisfied an in heaven lol. One actual serving would have been 1200 calories though.0 -
