I have been doing weights on the machines at the Y, and I am finding that my weights are getting to light. I dont want to build muscle, I want lean muscle, and Im trying not to put on to much muscle weight.
So, my question is, should I just increase sets until I cant lift anymore, or should I increase my weights a bit, or both??
I hope I make sense. TIA

I would add more weight so you hit failure around 8-10 reps. The more muscle you have the more fat your body can burn.0

I started doing free weights instead of pully's they're more of a complete work out0

Unless they are juicing, women do not get bulky from heavy lifting. So lift heavy and reap the benefits of a stronger, more toned body.0
