    Do you need to lose it for a couple of hours or permanently? Because if you mean permanent, then you're not being realistic.

    That's a highly impossible goal. And if you don't have much to lose, you shouldn't be aiming for more than a kilogram in that time frame.

    I'm not as knowledgeable as many on here but I have to agree that just isn't a feasible goal. The only places I have seen weight loss at that rate are on extreme survival shows and those guys are quite literally starving themselves for a month. At that stage their bodies begin to cannibalize themselves (organs, muscles etc., not just fat) and leave them in horrific conditions.

    Do you mind me asking what the rush is?

    Not gonna happen unless you stop eating completely and work out like crazy--and no one here (or in their right mind!) would ever advce you to do that! Losing that much in such a short amount of time is very unhealthy (unless you are morbidly obese, and even then (?)). Aim for a kilogram in that timeframe, maybe 1.5. Maybe you'll get lucky and lose some water weight as well.
