It might work, but you can eat real food for a lot less money and you'll be healthier.

Don't buy it! Once you buy, the person will want you to start selling it. These things work by getting people to buy a bunch that they have to sell. When they can't sell it, they're told to get other people to sell it. Helps recoup their loss. It's a pyramid scheme. Run away as fast as you can.

Seriously. If anyone starts pitching that stuff, run.

CICO works and is sustainable. I really don't like drinking my calories.

Does not work except making your wallet lighter.

Real food is far superior. It's important to learn portion sizes/control, making good food choices that fit into your daily calorie budget and managing your diet. You get none of that when you use "replacement" shakes or gimmicks.

They are super overpriced as well. You can buy a lot of good nourishing food for what those shakes cost.

Listen to every single reply above. That stuff is nasty, overpriced, and useless. Work on a calorie deficit and eating foods to nourish your body.

The shakes themselves are not delicious (like most shakes, lol), and I don't believe drinking any shake will make you lose weight. The eating plan with portion containers does help you in forming healthy habits, and the videos will burn calories if you do them. I think you can get the eating plan, containers and videos without the shakes, but I'll try anything once. ;)

You can buy your own containers to control portions yourself for a quarter of the price; same for the exercise videos. So much is available online for free. All of that Shakeology stuff is overpriced.

    Don't waste your money
Its a mlm scam. Anything that's a mlm scam is always going to be overpriced junk. You could get better quality shakes at your local store for half the price

A lot of people claim that Beach Body and all of their DVDs/programs overly push for people to buy those shakes. You really don't know what's in them and how they are processed anyway. You're better off buying a blender or a juicer and making your own. Especially if you can find a farmers market that sells veggies and fruits at a better rate.

I bought the sampler pack from a friend and liked it but not enough to inve$t in the big bag.

Blender, crushed ice & additional ingredients are Necessary to make it yummy (read edible)

I made one shake with PB, a banana and almond milk.
Another I made with girl scout samoa cookies & girl scout samoa flavored ice cream - The cookie/ice cream one had less cals :-) like anything else its about planning and ingredient selection.

I did NOT use it as a meal replacement, unless we're counting it as a dessert! While a great source of vitamins & nutrients, its not a necessary part of any diet. Was fun to mix up and try, and made macros/micros/etc easy- but I didnt fall in love with it

Only drink I like as a meal replacement is beer!

The chocolate is really good mixed with coffe. I was able to try it for about a week because a friend shared some with me. It did keep me full until lunch and it did seem to make me feel really good. However I would not spend $130 plus shipping on it even though I have not found another meal replacement or protein that taste as good mixed with coffee.
