I work at a pizza place 2 days a week. My co worker and I share a mini (personal pizza)
I need to figure out the calories for the dough. We make our own dough so I know what all goes into it.
14 1/2 lbs flour
4 qts water
9 oz olive oil
3 oz
4 oz yeast
5 oz of sugar.
I think I have the amts correct.
The Mini is only 5oz of dough.
Thanks a bunch.
Our bread for our sandwiches is made from the same dough. Usualy get a half sandwich if I get one.

Input that data into the recipe section under the food tab and it'll calculate it for you.0

I think you can use the recipe calculator and it should give you the calorie count from there.0

I will try that when I'm on a computer.0
