hey. I am starting to use mfp as much as I can and combine my calorie goals with my exercise goals to lose 40 pounds. I'm still learning what limitations the app has and hopefully soon I will have things more figured out and be on my way to a happy healthier me. I'm 26, mom of 3 and want to get back some energy and live healthier.
