Sticking to it!

I find using myfitnesspal every day motivation enough. So far I've logged my intake and exercise for 90 days in a row and have lost 6.9 kg! Also taking progress pictures of myself has helped. When I am tempted to increase portion size or eat something unhealthy I think what it will look like in my next progress pic
