Newbie in NC

Hi everyone!! :smile:
I am on a journey to get healthy. I have never really been overweight but living on a diet of pizza, candy {hot tamales :heart: } and coke wasn't really cutting it anymore. I cut out soda months ago, and have been using MPF for a week. I was astonished at what I was eating. I want to minister to other women about getting healthy and fit, and figure leading by example is the only way to go!

    I could kill a 12 pack in a day, easy... and HATED water! Now water is all I drink, I think I may
    actually love it!!
