If you want to go to Sonic daily how about you plan one day per week that you go and you pick what you get (plus log it in your food diary) before you get there? It gives you something to look forward to and when the craving hits you remind yourself you'll get it later.0

I've never been to sonic! Tell me what I'm missing ? ... psss what can the support people can do for you?0

The milkshakes are alright, but you can make lower calorie ones at home that are just as tasty.
I think most people go for the drinks there. Those can also be made at home with lower calorie ingredients.0 -
They have good banana splits...and I admit...I like their chili cheese dogs w/onions.0

Thanks for the advice. But i know when i log it into my food diary, im going to feel mighty guilty0 -
I had Sonic a few weeks ago (grilled chicken/cheese sticks) and it fit into my calories. No guilt. You can check the nutrition info on their website to see what will work for you.0

Oh ok! I agree, I'm all for the home made smoothies/milkshakes0

Why the guilt? If it fits your calories and doesn't leave you hungry you shouldn't feel bad for enjoying food. This is something you have to keep up for the rest of your life. Learn to fit in the foods you enjoy without feeling guilty and you are more likely to stick to it long term.0 -
Ordering a turkey burger now and plan to walk it off. I swear I work out just to eat. Sonic once in awhile is ok0

Thanks for that!0 -
Guilt?? Noooo, that is the first thing you should to change, your mind setting, why dont you better think something like- I'm going to work my *kitten* off today, do my excercise( if you are into that), fill my daily weekly calorie and make some space for my sonic!
It is food, it not evil.0 -

Now that made alot of since. Im just going to have to remind myself to do it in moderation.0 -
I agree with the above. Nothing is wrong with satisfying a craving. I for one, don't want to suffer through the journey. You can always exercise to make room or choose something from the sonic menu that might be less calories such as chicken for beef etc. or just choose 1 item. Sometimes a good ole self pep talk to get you through may work.0
