edited July 2015 in Success Stories
Hi! My weight loss journey started during my last pregnancy. I lost 20lbs and after giving birth in July 2014 I decided it was time for a life change! From Sept thru Christmas I kind of cut back and started walking. On January 1st '15 I hit it hard (total lifestyle change with eating and working out at the gym.) It's July 30th and I am down 98.5lbs. I'd like to lose another 40lbs by Thanksgiving. I've been stuck at this weight for a couple of weeks but I'm going to jumpstart with the 21 day fix next week. Open to suggestions!

I'm new to it. I started out counting calories and then switched to really watching my carb intake. I plan to continue to watch my calories/carbs in the 21 DF as well. Trying to lose some inches with the DVDs. I already do an hour on the elliptical every day.

Well...I'm very self conscious about my stats because #'s are scary! Lol. But I come from a family of very large built people. All men 6foot4 and bigger and big boned. I'm 5'11 with a large frame. When I went in for my first appt for my last pregnancy I was 355.3lbs. I am now at 256.8lbs. (I weigh more than I look. I guess due to my large bone structure.) My goal weight for myself is def higher than the target weight that the charts recommend. Id like to be around 210-215 and a size 14. Currently I'm wearing an 18 in the pants but the waist is a tad big already. My problem areas are my thighs and butt. (But I don't mind the junk in the trunk...but the thunder thighs have got to go! Haha!)

Thanks! In a world of teeny tinies, my numbers still sound so big! Lol
