My name is Katie. I'm 39 years old, married with 2 teenaged kids. I am trying to lose at least 10 pounds. It seems like the hardest weight to lose is that last 10 pounds. I'm 5 feet tall so every pound shows on me. I'm just not at my most comfortable weight where I feel my best. I've been using this app off and on for years. It has helped me a lot in the past.
